Watching yourself and your relationship to the world will teach you about what your part of the pattern is today. Knowing that will allow you to make choices about what part of the pattern you would like to see emerge.

Understanding the patterns of nature and self are key to practicing any form of Natural Magick. Your ability to effect the pattern is directly related to your level of understanding the patterns and how they work.
